A reputed master developer of a premier gated residential community in Islamabad invites applications from dynamic, results-driven professionals for the following positions:

SENIOR/LEAD CIVIL ENGINEER – HOUSING & URBAN DEVELOPMENT
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the end-to-end execution of large-scale residential infrastructure, master planning, and earthwork developments.
Direct site operations encompassing road networks, drainage, storm/sewerage systems, water distribution, and underground utilities.
Manage contractor performance, site quality assurance, project scheduling, measurement verifications, and compliance with statutory engineering standards.

Eligibility Criteria and Qualification
Qualification: B.E./B.Sc. in Civil Engineering (HEC-recognized; PEC-registered).
Experience: 15-25 years of hands-on experience in large-scale housing societies, urban infrastructure, and major land development projects. The title and operational band will correspond with the candidate’s exposure and leadership depth.
