A reputed master developer of a premier gated residential community in Islamabad invites applications from dynamic, results-driven professionals for the following positions:

HUMAN RESOURCES PROFESSIONALS (SENIOR & MID-LEVEL)
Positions:
1) Senior HR Manager/Lead: Strategic HR planning, organizational development, executive talent acquisition, policy design, compliance, and performance appraisal frameworks.

2) Assistant Manager / HR Generalist: Day-to-day HR operations, talent sourcing, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance/leave management, and personnel record administration.

Eligibility Criteria and Qualification
Qualification: Qualification: BBA/MBA/MS in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
Experience:
Senior Level: 8-12+ years of comprehensive HR experience.
Mid-Level: 4-7 years of operational HR exposure.
Prior background in real estate, construction, civil infrastructure, or large multi- divisional corporate setups is preferred.
